Zustimmung zu den Bedingungen

Durch den Zugriff auf und die Nutzung von 2GC CloudBridge ("Service") akzeptieren und stimmen Sie zu, an die Bedingungen und Bestimmungen dieser Vereinbarung gebunden zu sein. Wenn Sie nicht damit einverstanden sind, sich an das oben Genannte zu halten, nutzen Sie bitte diesen Service nicht.

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen ("Bedingungen") regeln Ihre Nutzung unserer Cloud-Plattform und verwandter Dienste. Durch die Nutzung unseres Services stimmen Sie diesen Bedingungen und unserer Datenschutzrichtlinie zu.

Dienstleistungsbeschreibung

2GC CloudBridge bietet Enterprise-Grade-Cloud-Infrastrukturdienste einschließlich:

Sichere Authentifizierung & Autorisierung
Benutzer- & Gruppenverwaltung
Relay-Server-Verwaltung
API-Zugriff & Integration
Datenverwaltung & Analytik
Desktop-Anwendungsunterstützung

Preise & Zahlungsbedingungen

Service Plans

We offer various service plans to meet different organizational needs. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

  • • Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice
  • • All fees are billed in advance
  • • Taxes are additional where applicable
  • • Unused credits expire after 12 months

Payment & Billing

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

  • • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • • Refunds are provided per our refund policy
  • • Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days
  • • Service continues until account is terminated

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Uptime Commitment

We commit to 99.9% uptime for our core services. Service credits are provided for downtime below this threshold.

  • • 99.9% uptime = 8.76 hours downtime per year
  • • Scheduled maintenance excluded from uptime calculation
  • • Force majeure events excluded
  • • Credits applied automatically for qualifying outages

Support Response Times

Support response times vary by plan and issue severity.

  • • Critical issues: 2 hours
  • • High priority: 4 hours
  • • Medium priority: 24 hours
  • • Low priority: 72 hours

User Accounts & Registration

Account Creation

  • • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • • One account per person/organization is allowed

Account Responsibilities

  • • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

  • • Legitimate business and personal use
  • • Secure data transmission and storage
  • • Integration with authorized third-party services
  • • Development and testing activities
  • • Compliance with applicable regulations

Prohibited Uses

  • • Illegal activities or content
  • • Malware distribution or hacking attempts
  • • Spam or unsolicited communications
  • • Violation of intellectual property rights
  • • Attempts to disrupt service availability

Service Availability & Support

Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our core services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

  • • Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance
  • • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
  • • Service credits may be provided for extended outages

Data & Privacy

Your Rights

You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to our platform. You grant us a limited license to process your data for service provision.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2GC CloudBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Liability Limits

  • • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • • We are not liable for damages caused by third-party services or integrations
  • • Force majeure events are excluded from liability
  • • Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature.

  • • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • • Data will be deleted within 30 days
  • • Outstanding fees must be paid
  • • Backup data may be retained for legal compliance

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons.

  • • 30-day notice for non-violation terminations
  • • Immediate termination for Terms violations
  • • Data export assistance provided
  • • Pro-rated refunds for prepaid services
